Any construction, rehabilitation, consolidation, modernization or reconditioning project of some buildings which must also include a geotechnical study, otherwise the documentation is incomplete and the authorization for construction is  not approved.

 

Therefore, in order to authorize the consutrction works, there are assessments at the legislative level:
